  • Peppers: A natural metabolism booster and great for weight loss!
  • Corn: A satisfying starch that helps control blood sugar.
  • Cantaloupe: Substitute this sweet melon for high-fat, high-calorie desserts.

Summer’s lean proteins

Outdoor grilling is a summer institution, and one of the easiest ways to lose weight and maintain a healthy diet for weight loss. Fire up the grill and toss any of these lean options on the flame:
