  • Lunch: Avocado and salmon salad: 3 cups romaine lettuce, 2 oz. canned salmon, 1 grapefruit, ¼ cup chopped avocado, 1 tbsp. rice vinegar and 2 tsp. olive oil.
  • Snack:  One 4 oz. can of pineapple chunks in juice; 1 cup baby carrots; 6 whole-wheat crackers, or 2 tbsp. roasted peanuts
  • Dinner: Whole-wheat pita filled with 2 wedges of light herbed cheese, 1 chopped medium apple, 2 tbsp. walnuts and 1 cup shredded romaine.
